John,
It sounds like you might be busy with Scott these next few days (yesterday and today).
My mom said that if you had an emergency you could’ve had me call them to come home early so you
could leave. I hope that you’ll still be able to come tomorrow and I hope that you’ll have time
to read my messages.
You said that my idea about going out with my dad to take my platies into the fish store was
one of the two things you liked best out of the two E-mails I sent you last weekend. And I
might go with my mom next week to the grocery store (just me and her, but without you) to
pick out my Easter candy, but I’m still not gunna let the thought go about me living with Carol.
I could write about this in another message, but let’s not talk about anything heavy in this
message seeing as how we didn’t discuss anything heavy two days ago in person. I’ll get you
caught up on all the light-hearted stuff that’s been happening. And thank you for not discussing
anything heavy on Monday, that was a fun day. I finished off the HERSHEY’S EGGIES for my evening
snack later that night after you left and had milk to drink with that, maybe now I’ll get either
some Cadbury or Hershey Easter Eggies when I go shopping with my mom next week. And for my snack
last night I had KRAFT brand STONED WHEAT THINS crackers, my mom bought some avocadoes which she
mashed or cut up and spread onto the crackers for me. You know I finished off the little
gingerbread men, so for dessert after lunch today I had the last few Girl Guide cookies
(flavour, CHOCOLATY MINT COOKIES) out of a box that we had sitting around for quite a while. I
normally just have two cookies whenever I have cookies for my desserts, but there were three
left in the box so I finished them off and had all three today. I still got that green tin of
white and chocolate ROYAL DANSK Danish cookies sitting in the garage that I got for Christmas a
few month ago, but I decided not to open it yet because there are some shortbread-like ones in
there and I don’t want to have those until a couple weeks after I finish the box of Walkers
shortbread cookies that I’m on now. I know that tin of Danish cookies will keep for a while
longer.
One of the big platies in the ten gallon (the small one in the corner by the window)
fish tank died two days ago (on Monday) before you came, I now have one male and two
females left in that tank. Sometime within the next little bit my dad will transfer over for me
one more male and four more females from the other ten gallon, this will make it two males and
six females in total. It’s always good to have more females than males because males can be
aggressive and fight with each other. My dad is now leaving the light on the five gallon
(the one where the baby betas are) turned off for a few days because that tank has a lot of
algae in it right now.
Taking you to see Kris’s new place once he gets a bit settled in sounds awesome. Hey,
remember I said in the E-mail I sent you last Wednesday (the 27th) that he told me he
wouldn’t mind getting a cat sometime. Also remember just before you left my place the next
day (the 28th) we talked about how hyper Izzy is and she likes to attack everybody by s
watting with her paw. My mom thought that we could send her back home with you so she could play
with the dogs. Maybe we could give Izzy to
Kris. One thing I
should’ve mentioned in that other message I sent you last week that I forgot to mention is what
my mom told me to keep in mind after I told her what Kris said once I got off the phone with him
the night before, the fact that we don’t know whether or not his apartment building allows cats.
Maybe he already knows and maybe this could be something for me to ask him next time I talk to
him. Once I’m moved out whenever that does end up happening, I hope that cats will be allowed
wherever I live. Remember I told you on our walk last Thursday that when looking for a place for
me to live I would look for someplace where I could also accommodate my animals instead of just
myself. Remember I told you about how my dog, Brandy, who we had put down two years ago in
December 2005 kept getting sore back legs almost her entire life. Both of her back legs got sore
lots, only one at a time most of the times. She had hip problems which is a common problem with
sheltie dogs. She might’ve been better off in a rancher instead of the kind of house we live in
now which has stairs.
You saw on that same walk last week a rancher that was up for sale by Bay Realty, that was
the real estate company we went with when we were looking to buy in South Surrey twelve years
ago. REMAX was the company that sold our house in Whalley. And also on that walk last Thursday,
you thought that I’d be good at writing poems and not just writing stories:
Roses are red,
Violets are blue,
Heather is purple;
And crocuses are too
|
Speaking about poetry:
Izzy, Izzy, Izzy.
You’re Makin' Me Dizzy,
|
Do you remember...
Yummy, Yummy, Yummy.
I Got Bugs In My Tummy,
|
“Tastes like chicken”
You also thought that I might be good at writing commercial jingles. Did you know that’s what
Charlie Sheen's character does on the TV series "Two and a Half Men?" Speaking about this
series, here is something else I said about the same series in the message I sent you on
Wednesday Jan.30,2008:
> In an episode of one of the TV shows that I like,
Two
and a Half Men, Charlie Sheen's character sings to a kid a song
> called "Who cut the cheese"...
|
Do you know what "who cut the cheese" means? It means “who
farted.” After he sings
the song,
he then made a fart sound.
> No, let's make that LM4#FCD477s. See if you
could tell me what that one stands for...
|
“#FCD477” without the quotes is the hex colour
value for “cheese” and also the hex for the shade of orange I used where I said above ”cut the
cheese.” Remember I taught you about “hex colour values” a while back. I got that cheese hex
colour value from the website COLOURlovers.com which
has the largest searchable database of patterns and hex colour values.
Thanks to that site I now know the hex colour value for
“cheese” and before I found the site I already knew
the hex colours for the U.S. flag which are #BF0A30,
#002868, and #FFFFFF hence
this is why I’m using a gray background for this message because white will not show up on
white. I also didn’t find that site until after that message I sent you on Saturday Jan.19,2008
where I kind of just randomly chose my own shade of green
for “7UP” which I don’t think would be the
official hex for 7UP. Once you get to colourlovers.com for the first time, hold your mouse over
“Colors” at the top of the page without clicking on it. As soon as another menu appears
underneath, click on “Search” even though the search function has to be down when I finally get
around to showing you about this site argh.
Anyway once at the search, type “7UP” without the quotes into the “Keywords” box and then click
“Search Colors.” When the search is back up again, you’ll get lots of different shades of green
to choose from as results which of those I don’t know would be the official or the closest to
the official 7UP hex. And a month ago after you read the message the above excerpt is from you
said about how I also used the “cheese” hex value for “cut the lawn” instead of using a green
one for “lawn,” you could also search for “lawn” when the search comes back up and there’s lots
of shades of green there to choose from too. I also found a
lawn
pattern after I found that site. And here’s
a wheatgrass
pattern for you, wheatgrass man. Another discovery I had made at
that site is the “Kermit” hex value that I used in
the message I sent you on Monday Feb.11,2008 which is “#88FF63:”
> > ...ps...really like the scanned images ..I
like the one with you in it . Its a happy looking picture ...It ain't easy
> bein' green...
>
> LOL

LM4Ks
Kermit was
always (and still is) my favorite character of “The Muppets cast.” Bert was
my favorite cast member from “Sesame
Street” which I use to watch when I was younger. Kermit also made
frequent appearances on Sesame Street, but Miss Piggy never did. Wouldn’t it be interesting if
she was on Sesame Street though? You did an Ernie accent, a Cookie Monster accent, and the
Count's accent but can't do a Kermit one. Can you do a Bert one?
And you can also get the images that we cropped two days ago at the same location
(tempfile2.zip) including the picture of Aladdin’s dog. I also tried to add the image to that
same ZIP file that took us a few days to crop and we finally completed yesterday, but that’s a
big 10 MB file and I had errors trying to upload it. Maybe you could take it home on a memory
stick. I uploaded the images to my Stunts Illusion website because I can externally link ZIP
files from there, this is also why I eventually put Stunts Illusion on a paid host a few years
ago...because I couldn’t find a free host that allows HotLinking of ZIP files (and
images). We’ll have to crop around that image of Aladdin’s dog using another colour
(perhaps maybe green) as an outline if we want to put a clouds background on it because there
are numerous grainy pixels in different shades of white surrounding that image. And I say use a
different colour while cropping this time instead of white so that we’ll know as we go along
which areas we already cropped.
I’ll bet that you didn’t know Aladdin had a dog:
[Left to right: Abu the monkey, Aladdin, Jasmine]
Maybe we could go on the net and search for a clouds background when you’re here tomorrow, or
there might even be a clouds pattern if we search at that site I gave you the address to above.
The message that you sent me on Saturday
Jan.12,2008 had a clouds background. Speaking about which, I was
going to give you a lesson about how to change the background colour of and how to add smilies
to E-mail messages on the weekend when you were stuck with a cold for three days at the end of
last month (January). And what do you mean you don’t know how to change the background
colour of or add a background image to an E-mail if you sent me that colouds background that
day? I also remember you said that you don't remember me sending you any links to smilie
websites. Well first off here is an excerpt from the reply I sent on Tuesday Jan.22,2008 to your
message titled "Fw: This Is A House, Not A Hotel." This excerpt has a link in it to one smilies
website:
> >
> >
> >
> >
> >
> >
> >
> >

|
>
> Wow, there’s even a
smilie there waving a Canada flag. I even clicked on the above image and
went to their website:
>
> > Send beautiful email
backgrounds
> > Add 1000's of fun
emoticons to your emails
>.> Enjoy animated email
notifiers
> > See exciting 3D
effects in your emails
> > Add funny animations
to your emails
> > Add cool sounds to
your email messages |
And another smilies website is
Smilies.nl,
but the only problem there is as you read in
this
thread you’ll learn that I don't know the language. Another thing
I haven’t done since before the altercation besides eat at the kitchen table, feed my fish, or
watch anything on TV with my mom is post to forums. You can also see that same forum post is
where I got the “Visual Color Picker” from.
Now how to insert a smilie into an E-mail message...If you are using “Microsoft Outlook:”
1. Under the “Insert” menu, choose “Picture” and then choose “From File...”
2. In the field next to “File Name,” instead of typing the directory path or the filename type
in the URL to the smilie that you want to insert into your message from the web. Examples of
smilie URLs that you can paste into that field are:
http://stuntsillusion.com/forum/images/smilies/smile.gif (smile)
http://stuntsillusion.com/forum/images/smilies/lol.gif (LOL)
(frown)
http://stuntsillusion.com/forum/images/smilies/sarcasti.gif (sarcastic)
http://stuntsillusion.com/forum/images/smilies/mad.gif (mad)
In addition to the above, you can find more smilies in
my smilies
directoryCrazy font land E-mail.”
You don’t need to have two Paint windows open during the entire process when combining
two images in Windows Paint. For an example, let’s download "image46.bmp" and "image56.bmp" from
“tempfile2.zip” and then combine those two images.
1. Open two Paint windows, there’s no limit on the amount of Windows Paint windows that you can
have open at one time.
2. In one Paint window open image46 and in the other open image56.
3. The width of image46 is “416,” so in the window where you have image56 open let’s
choose “Atributes...” under the “Image” menu and then we’ll change the width to “1153.”
4. Now in the window where you have image46 open, choose “Select All” under the “edit” menu and
then from the “Edit” menu again choose either “Cut” or “Copy.” You can now close the window
where you had image46 open if you don’t want to have too many Windows open on your taskbar at
once, click “No” if it asks if you want to save changes to “image46.”
5. In the image56 window now, choose “Paste” under the “Edit” menu and
paste what you either cut or copied from image46
into the white area to the right of image56. Know that 1153 minus 416 equals the original
width of image56 (737). You don’t need to save your changes to image56 after you’re done
once you’ve combined the two images.
You could also just have one window open while doing the entire process detailed above; just
copy image46, open image56 in the same window, change the width of image56, and then paste
image46. I find it easier to have two windows open though if I’m copying over multiple sections
of an image one piece at a time, or sometimes I might just have two windows open with the same
image file so that I could edit one window while being able to view my overall changes in the
other.
After you said two days ago that my parents “went out racing in the Honda and left the Subaru
at home” remember I then said that the Subaru is also a type of vehicle that can be raced
because Colin McRae's Subaru Impreza is featured on the front cover of the PC game “Colin McRae
Rally” which is one of the two games that I gave you a Wikipedia page to read
two messages ago.
Speaking about which, I scanned in the front cover image for that game and added it to the
above ZIP file (tempfile2.zip).
A guy at my dad’s work named Dave who lives in Maple Ridge had three gunshots
(they think from a pellet gun) fired at his
house last Saturday night (March the 1st). One of the shots hit Dave’s car and they even
had the police at their house. My dad thinks that it wasn’t a random shooting and that someone
was probably targeting either Dave himself or his wife who is an elementary school noon hour
supervisor and maybe someone was mad at her about something that had happened at the school. If
it wasn’t she and Dave was the one who was targeted though, Dave sounded like a nice guy from
everything that I heard about him and I don’t know what kind of person could be mad at him.
We got a letter in the mail two days ago (on Monday) from the FVMH which sums up the
meeting we had last month and the letter also says that they’re trying to get increased support
for me. It also said in that same letter that the name of Raynor’s student who he brought with
him that day is “Soheila” which is almost the same spelling of my mom’s name except my mom’s
doesn’t have the “o.” It might be pronounced different though, instead of “Sheila” it might be
pronounced “So heel la.”
We also had a phone call from Raynor this morning who had been off sick the last few
days (yesterday and Monday), he called because he wanted to know which of the two options we
decided on whether I want to get out of here right away and live somewhere else temporarily
until they can find something permanent for me or if I’m okay staying here until they find
something. My mom just told him that I’ll be okay here for now. Again I said above that I’m not
gunna let go of the thought about wanting to live with Carol, I know that the chances are almost
zero but I’m so desperate to live with her that I’ll do anything to make that happen. Raynor
also said when he phoned this morning that they were going to have a meeting later today about
allocating funds.
Again, that was a fun day we had two days ago. You did say that there were a few heavy things you wanted to talk about that day which we didn’t get to. And that was the first time I had watched the news since before the altercation a little more than two months ago.
• I have heard a few of Jeff Healey’s songs on the radio, "Angel Eyes" and "Lost In Your
Eyes," you now know that I’ve heard about him before
he passed away. I didn’t know that he was blind though until you told me when I saw you two days
ago. And I didn’t know that he was Canadian until I saw the story on the news with you two days
ago, but I already knew that Chad Kroeger is Canadian. He’s the one who was pulled over in his
Lamborghini for impaired-driving while in Surrey.
• My mom already told me about the snow storm in Prince George before you came that same day.
I thought that maybe tomorrow would be a good day to go to Dairy Queen for my onion rings and
I’d just get a medium 7UP to drink with that and no fries after the stomach problems you
remember I had the last time and then my mom said from now on I’d probably be best to “just get
one or the other.” Again, I didn’t expect that many onion rings in a size small...I think they
really packed them in there. If I have to guess what you’re gunna get, I would say...a Caramel
Sundae for you, Mr. Sundae.
Also don’t forget that next week we’re gunna switch to Friday instead of having you come on
Thursday because my appointment with Dr. McKibbin is on Friday. Did you talk to your mom yet, is
she flexible about switching? That was just one fun way to spend the last few days typing
up this message instead of spending them on the couch, maybe now you’ll send me a message with a
smilies and/or a different font or background. I’ll see you tomorrow at 1PM.
-Neil
P.S. It was weird that just a few minutes ago my mom found out that we were out
of whipping cream. She didn’t know what happened to the one that we started when you were with
me two days ago. All she had left was a mix that she would’ve had to beat up in the mixer, she
phoned my dad and he brought home a new spray can. While he was at the store buying the spray
can, of course he also bought scratches for everybody. I’ll let you know how I do on mine.
UPDATE 5:50PM: My mom found the other can of whipping cream, it was in the fridge
freezer. She must of accidently put it there instead of back in the fridge the last time when
she put it away. I’ll have to use the one tonight that my dad bought today because the other one
will need time to thaw out.
PS2. I understand you’re going through a tough time right now with Scott, so I added a few
bonus images that I hope might cheer you up. We already have one image from “The Lion King”
in this message (of Timon and Pumbaa) so here’s the image of "The Lion King" cast which you
had previously saw in my binder and where I added two additional characters:
After we talked about frankensteined images and I talked about my dog in the above
message (you saw her again in the above image too), here’s the image now where I switched
the heads on my dog and myself:
And the two above images are only half of their
original size because if I didn’t shrink them down for you using the "Stretch/Skew" function in
Windows Paint, they would have been too big and would
have taken up a lot of space in this message just like that image you sent me of Prince the one
time that I said was too big when you sent it to me.
Maybe we could search for an image of the "Sesame Street” cast (one that has Kermit in
it) and then I could add Miss
Piggy.
