Larry,
You asked me if I’ve ever ridden a horse, I’ve never ridden a big horse but I rode a pony at
the Maplewood Farm in North Vancouver one time when I was little. And I asked my mom if she
remembers if I’ve petted one of the bigger horses before, she said that I probably did but I
myself don’t remember where that could’ve been.
I never had an MRI before nor do I ever remember saying to you that I’ve had one. When my dad
told my auntie Ann on the phone last Thursday evening about Jenny not being able to handle the
MRI earlier that same day, she then said to my dad that she doesn’t think she could handle
having an MRI. And even though I’ve never had the experience myself, I’m not surprised that she
would say she doesn’t think she could handle having an MRI because she works in a hospital and
knows what an MRI is like.
My dad’s taking tomorrow afternoon off work so that he and my mom could get together with
Ann, my dad’s other sister (Karen), and my dad’s brother (Gordon) then meet them at the
Starlight Casino. My mom told me after she saw the weather on yesterday’s news that tomorrow’s
suppose to be really wet, and then she saw the weather on today’s news on which they said it’s
suppose to rain tomorrow morning and then there’s a chance of sunny breaks in the afternoon. I’m
not sure about using an umbrella, so could we please not go for a walk if it does rain tomorrow
afternoon? And then after our snack, we’ll play “Connect Four” and “SORRY.”
And I would’ve wore socks and running shoes on Saturday if I had knew that the places we were
going to had spots at which my sandals could collect sand or small bits of sharp rock debris etc.
