Subject: Walking the dogs
Larry,
Yesterday we walked all five of John’s dogs...but we didn’t walk all of them at the same
time. When my mom dropped me off at his house that’s on 136th Street just South of Highway 10,
both his black lab and his other big dog were there. When we started out on our walk, he took
the two big dogs while I took the little one, Bubbles, and we walked over to his other house
where we dropped off the two big dogs and picked up his other two dogs who were staying there
for the weekend. John walked his cockapoo and his Boston Terrier back home and I walked Bubbles
again. Now later on after John came up with this idea just yesterday, he realized that walking
the dogs back and forth rather than transporting them in his van might be a better way to go
about doing a so called “dog exchange.” The last time I went with John in his van, we had four
of his five dogs including the lab and the Boston Terrier. I had the Boston Terrier on my lap
and then we noticed after I got out of the van that I had many scratches on the front of my
legs, I also got a big mark on my back from the lab when John was trying to get it to come out
of the van.
Also yesterday afternoon, John and I played “SORRY.” Now I won the last game and the “Cheers”
button went off twice again when I
pushed it. Until then the cheers button still wouldn’t do this to John and would only do it when
it was in my possession. Remember I also said in
my last message
that the cheers button would go off a few times when I went to move it but I didn’t actually
push the button? Well yesterday after it went off twice on me, I had turned around and started
to walk away when I heard the button go off behind me just once. Now because I didn’t see John
when he had the cheers button, should I believe him when he said that he just went to pick it up
but he actually didn’t press it?
My dad’s going fishing again on this Wednesday and this time he’s going with all of the
people that are in his department. The company will be paying for the boat that they’ve
chartered from
Bon Chovy
and if you want to see a picture, first click on the link then click on “THE BOATS” and my dad
thinks that the second one down from the top is the one that they’re getting. That’s the 38 foot
boat and my dad thinks that it can hold approximately twelve passengers. It’s a team building
exercise for everyone in my dad’s office to practice working together as a team and they’ll be
out for five hours off Coal Harbour and Stanley Park.
And it was funny how you asked me when we were out in the car last Tuesday if I wanted to go
to Willowbrook Mall because I already knew that my mom was gunna be there on that same
afternoon. She did go there and she bought a pair of shoes that she’ll be wearing to my cousin’s
wedding on August the 8th.
See you tomorrow at 1PM.
