John,
My mom will be attending a wedding shower this Sunday for my cousin, Janice, who’s getting
married on August the 8th. The shower is somewhere up in Fraser Heights and it starts at 1PM but
my mom said that she doesn’t need to get there right when it starts so either she could drop me
off at your place before she goes to the shower or you could come here at 12:30 to pick me up
and then we’d drive back to your place.
Now those many scratches that I got all over the front of my legs did heal quickly, but I
didn’t tell you yet about what Dottie did to me. Do you remember me saying something just
before I got out of the van? After I put my sunscreen on two days later before Larry came, I was
upstairs with my shirt off while my mom checked over my body to see if there where any spots of
lotion I missed that needed rubbing in. She was checking my back when she saw a big scratch on
it, I then said to her that it must’ve been from Dottie. And I didn’t even know until then that
the scratch was there, but I looked in the mirror and saw it myself later on in the day last
Tuesday.
And speaking about dog walking, I remember you said yesterday about driving either Bubbles or
Dottie to the dog park in my area and then bring it back to my place so that we could see what
it thinks of Chloe. Now I thought you said before that you didn’t like the idea about bringing
your dogs to my neighbourhood because you didn’t want them to see my cats.
I didn’t want Brendan to come here on that day back in April because I had slept terribly on
the night before but I wasn’t “cheesed off” because I didn’t want him to come,
I was “cheesed off” about the way my mom handled the situation. I said
to her that I wanted to reschedule after I didn’t sleep good and then she said “okay” and she
agreed to do so, but I asked her a couple hours later if she phoned Brendan yet. She hadn’t and
now she wasn’t being flexible about rescheduling though she had already said just a few hours
earlier that she would phone him. By the way, I detailed in the
E-mail I sent you on Friday May 8th
about all of the previous instances when my mom wasn’t flexible about changing things. And now
Brendan didn’t want to just reschedule for another day, he said when he phoned us a few days
after we cancelled that he wanted to get in touch with you and then meet with you before he sees
me again but I guess that he hasn’t done so.
Now my mom got a dental reminder in the mail yesterday after you left because she has an
appointment on Thursday July 30th at 12noon, so would it be possible that you could come in the
morning on that day instead of at your usual time? You know that I won’t want to go anywhere
in South Surrey (or in White Rock) that day because Carol won’t be back in school yet, so
if you just come to my place maybe we could make bagels for lunch and watch the Noon News on
that day.
