John,
Did you get the E-mail I sent you two days ago (on Monday) titled
“More lousy sleeps?”
I finally slept great on the night before yesterday, but I only had a couple hours of sleep last
night. I didn’t eat or drink anything yesterday that was caffeinated and I got out in the
afternoon for a walk with Larry, so why didn’t I sleep good?
Larry asked me yesterday if I like bowling? I told him I haven’t gone for a long time. He
then asked me if I don’t want to go to Fish World with him maybe we could instead go bowling
next week on Tuesday. He asked me again when my mom got home before he left if I’d go bowling
with him and then my mom said to me that it’s okay to say “no” if I don’t want to, so I said
“no” and my mom heard me say it but must’ve not paid attention because she then asked me quote
“what was that.” After that, Larry then told me to E-mail him and let him know what I think.
He said that we should go out because every so often he has to write a progress
report about me to his bosses at Spectrum and he said also because everyone would be impressed
if him and I went out, so I asked my mom after he left quote “if we have to go somewhere next
Tuesday, why can’t we just go out for our snack to the Dairy Queen location closest to my
place.” And then she said that she’s sure he’d welcome my ideas too, so when I E-mail him I’ll
let him know even though he put me on the spot yesterday and asked me in person quote “are you
gunna try and get out of bowling if we set that up for next week.” I just stood there not
saying anything which you know I tend to do sometimes when I get asked a question and don’t
know what to say. He asked me if I’ll be ready to go out and go bowling when he comes on
Tuesday. And John, I never said that I don’t want to go to Fish World with Larry
sometime. I’m hoping that I’ll make it there with my dad on this coming Saturday seeing
how I didn’t feel up to doing it last weekend.
Anyway, I sent two E-mails to Larry since him and I saw each other on last Tuesday
(April 14th). He said that he read both of them but he didn’t respond because he hurt his back
and I’m okay with that because I can understand he wasn’t feeling that great. I can be flexible
if someone hurt their back and they’d rather just read than also type. They had company at their
place last Sunday (on the 19th) when his wife, Natascha’s, little nephew was on the couch
beside Larry and he was about to jump from the couch onto the coffee table. Because the coffee
table is glass, Larry grabbed the kid when he was in midair. And Larry figures that was how he
hurt his back, he didn’t go to work in the morning yesterday or at all the whole day on
Monday.
