John,
I’ll start off by letting you know I had a good sleep last night, probably my first good
sleep in a few nights as you know now. And I should correct a part in the last message that I
sent you yesterday where I goofed:
> ...Yesterday morning after I woke up and before I got out of bed, the same thing happened
again that I described on
> the long message I sent you last Tuesday (the 5th) where my left ear would start ringing
either as soon as I lay with
> that ear on the pillow or it could also start ringing if I just lay back.
Incase you’re wondering how the heck my ear could start ringing as soon as that ear hits the
pillow, I meant that “my left ear would plug either
as soon as I lay with that ear on the pillow or it could also
plug if I just lay back.” Also whenever my ear would
plug after I woke up in the morning two days ago (Saturday morning), I wouldn’t be able
to hear the little electric heater whenever it came on so I wouldn’t even know that it was going
if it was on at a time when that ear was plugged. And when my left ear plugs like that while I’m
laying down, it won’t unplug until after I get up and move around for a few seconds. I don’t
think my left ear was even ringing when it kept plugging two days ago.
Now, you wrote:
> just a quick email to confirm cancelling today...
Thank you for letting me know that you got my message and that you read the part where I said
“tomorrow would be better.” I was expecting an E-mail from you so I’d be sure that you weren’t
going to show up at 1PM today, it’s always good to confirm. My mom has grocery shopping to do
while you’re here. She will do her shopping tomorrow at the big Safeway (the one in
Peninsula Village) and if they don’t have the double-layer Valentines cake in chocolate, she
will do the rest of her shopping at the big Safeway and then she will drive to the little
Safeway (the one in Ocean Park) to see if they have the double-layer Valentines cake in
chocolate. My mom saw the weather forecast on today’s Noon News and she told me that it’s still
suppose to rain tomorrow, the worst is suppose to be in the morning but tomorrow still doesn’t
sound like a good day to go for a walk. Tomorrow looks to be the wettest right now while
Wednesday and Thursday look dryer. My mom also saw on today’s Noon News that it’s really cold
right now in Toronto as well as in the rest of Southern Ontario, minus 30 degrees with the wind
chill.

update as to what problems there are...

Sounds good. Hopefully your car won’t have any problems going to Port Coquitlam on Thursday.
They don’t give you a courtesy car when you have to leave your Camry.
> ...One thing i'll comment on is the fact that you stopped yourself from hitting .I'm hoping

Again, last Saturday wasn’t the first time I managed not to hit in the end. As for the
possibility of it becoming a permanent change one day, I said this in
the message I sent you
yesterday:
> ...Some of the times in the past
while we were doing so good for a long period of time, I
> had a good feeling a few of those times and felt confident that it was over and done
> with and would never happen again until all of a sudden...it happened again...
At “some of the times in the past” I had already thought that it would be a permanent change
then so therefore I don’t feel confident that I won’t hit again even after I go for a long
period of time not hitting after we’re eventually through with the FVMH. All the more reason I’d
feel safer to live with Carol who I know I’d never hit.

in it . Its a happy looking picture ...It ain't easy bein' green...

That’s good to hear. And I’m glad you liked the scanned images. BTW, did you tell Denét yet
that we captured Taffy when you were with me last Thursday and we took her for a boat ride? I’m
not even sure if I’m spelling Denét’s name correctly, my mom also has no idea how to spell that
name.

LOL
Raynor phoned my mom around 10:30 this morning to confirm that it was still okay for him to
come to our meeting on Thursday and that it is still okay if he brings his female student. And
it’s a good thing that he phoned to confirm because he had our appointment written down for 1PM
that day, he said that he already had another appointment at 9:45AM that day but he thinks that
it shouldn’t be a problem changing that. He also asked about increasing your hours that you
spend with me. This might be something to think about because you’re the only one right now
besides Carol who I feel comfortable hanging out with and leaving the house with, although after
he asked her my mom then told him that we have hours left that we didn’t use after Carol stopped
working with me but those hours expire in March when the fiscal year runs out. And it’s because
of my parents’ mistake that I didn’t get to
spend those hours with Carol.
My dad phoned home around lunch today to let us know that he also plans to take this coming
Friday off work so he’ll have a nice little long weekend.
You can probably be at my place anytime around 9AM on Thursday, my mom will check with my dad
tonight about that and I’ll let you know for sure tomorrow. My mom will
tie my shoes before we leave on Thursday if they’re not already tied
before you come and then you said that you’d rather you and me follow my dad because he knows
his way around PoCo better than you do. The meeting’s on Elgin Avenue. As soon as we leave my
place, head the route I would normally take you when we go to McDonald's. Take 20th Avenue to
148th Street and then turn left. Again, you’ll want to go into the lane on the very right side
of the road as soon as you cross King George or otherwise you’ll end up on the freeway. At the
first light after we go under the freeway, turn left onto 152nd Street and then follow 152nd all
the way to the Port Mann Bridge. Exit Highway 1 at the first right immediately after coming off
the Port Mann Bridge and then head North Eastbound on Lougheed Highway. Turn right at Pitt River
Road, left at Shaughnessy, and then follow Shaughnessy to Elgin Avenue. I know the directions, I
remember always going that way when we use to visit my relatives who live over there.
I’m looking forward to having lunch at Wendy's on Thursday. I like to have to eat when I go
there chicken nuggets, medium fries, and a medium Sprite to drink. They also have chicken strips
now, but I prefer the chicken nuggets. It’s been a while since the last time I ate at Wendy's so
I don’t remember what the biggest size is that the chicken nuggets come in, whether it’s nine
pieces, ten pieces, or just six pieces. My mom remembers one time we ate at Wendy's when the
biggest size chicken nuggets they had was six pieces, my parents got me a six piece plus four
extra. We could look at the menu before we order and if it doesn’t give the sizes on the menu,
you could ask them what the biggest size is that the chicken nuggets come in and then after they
tell you I’ll then tell them my order. After we finish eating, I’ll have to spend some time in
the washroom “going poop” before we head back to my place. Whenever I had lunch out with Carol,
she would always have me use the handicap washroom whenever I had to poop incase I needed her
help. You’d think it would probably be okay that I just use the men’s washroom if I’m with you.
And I like to have honey mustard sauce with my chicken nuggets when we eat at Wendy's, I prefer
“just honey” sauce when we eat at McDonald's and “honey mustard” when we eat at Wendy's. The
dipping sauce for the Wendy's chicken nuggets comes in bigger packets than the ones at
McDonald's, so therefore I’ll probably be good with just two or three there instead of five.
It’s not too often I get to eat at Wendy's because the only Wendy's we have in South Surrey
right now is the “combination Wendy's-Tim Hortons” at South Point which can be bright when the
sun’s out during the daytime because there are lots of windows. There use to be a darker Wendy's
that I liked better on 152nd Street at 17th Avenue near White Rock Centre, but that one closed a
few years ago. You know I could eat at the South Point one no problem if we go there for supper
in the winter when it gets dark earlier in the day, otherwise if you and me get lunch one day at
that location we’ll have to get our order to go and bring it back to my place to eat. I could
eat at that other one no problem near White Rock Centre anytime of the day year round.
For my snack a few minutes ago at 2PM I had three of the milk chocolate polar ice
chocolates (one of each colour wrapping) that I told you we got from the bulk section at
Save-On before Christmas and with those just now I tried a couple of the dark-chocolate ones for
the first time. I didn’t like the dark chocolate polar ice chocolates any less than I like the
milk chocolate ones. I plan to finally finish off the red and green Santa jujubes I told you we
got that same day for my evening snack tomorrow. Speaking about those red and green Santa
jujubes...Carol could take that big jar the cashews were in that my aunt and uncle gave us for
Christmas, fill it full of those same Santa jujubes, and then give it to me next Christmas if
I’m living with her by then. You know I’m one who is hard to buy for when it comes either
Christmas or my birthday, so I’m happy with things like either cookies or a gift card for one of
my favorite restaurants. Or another idea if I’m living with her and she’s trying to think up
ideas about what to get me for Christmas, maybe she could just pay to have some of the calendar
pictures scanned that are too big to fit on my scanner and that would be my Christmas present.
In addition to newspaper clippings, calendar pictures, and birthday/Christmas cards, don’t
forget that there’s also the “DOGS ANNUAL” magazine that I got for Christmas. When you and I
looked through there, remember I saw lots of pictures that you heard me say I wouldn’t mind
scanning. Also remember that one had mostly dog pictures and all it had for cat pictures were
mostly just those few at the end. My parents said that they couldn’t find much for cat magazines
and most of the other magazines that they saw when they were looking in the stores had
advertising, so they got me this one because it had lots of good pictures.
As I sit here typing this message, I just saw a
“1-800-GOT-JUNK?” truck
pull up across the street. My mom says that they’re starting to pick up some of Surrey’s garbage
and recycling because as you know the new garbage collection company is falling behind.
You remember my parents telling you that when they went to the Cascades casino last Thursday
some Asian lady won $18,000. My mom guesses depending on the machine she was playing she
probably would have had to bet $3 or more to win that amount, again we don’t know how much she
came in with when she first walked into the casino that day. She might have come in with either
more than that amount or somewhere close to that same amount, if I won that big amount though I
could use it to save until I have enough money to buy this house off my dad so that me and Carol
could live there. I remember you said when you were here that same day that you know everybody
probably has a dream about owning their own house. Or on the other hand, if we end up having to
live in Carol’s small apartment and the unit next to her’s eventually goes up for sale I could
possibly buy it if I get enough money by then and combine it with Carol’s just like my cousin,
David, talked about doing when he lived at the at the OB (Ocean Beach
Hotel) before he passed away. After he already saw there was another combined two units at the
OB, he got the idea of eventually combining his with the one next to it. An expansion to Carol’s
unit could include putting an en-suite on the smaller bedroom. You saw my binder full of future
house plans. I know you heard me say that I want to live on top of Safeway, but I don’t think
they would be able to accommodate me just like the Vancouver Aquarium wouldn’t be able to
accommodate me. It could happen one day though because I did say in a previous E-mail that there
was talk at one time about building an apartment tower on top of Semiahmoo Mall, therefore why
not an apartment tower on top of the Peninsula Village Safeway.
Remember I told you when we went for our walk last Thursday that Music was another subject I
wasn’t good at when I went to school. I had to take Music every year in elementary school, I
wasn’t even good at it then and I never learned my music notes. I had a hard time understanding
music so I ended up not knowing music very well. I never took band when I got to High School
because the band instruments are too loud for me, though I almost had to take band in elementary
school when I got near the end of grade seven and I moved to South Surrey. Every grade seven
takes band in South Surrey, but at the beginning of grade seven when I was still going to
elementary school in Whalley band was optional and you could choose not to take it if you didn’t
want to. Carol assumed that was because a lot more low-income families live in Whalley while
everyone who lives in South Surrey has money and could afford musical instruments and that band
should always be required in elementary school in every area possible so that all kids get an
opportunity to play a musical instrument before they grow up incase they never get to play one
again depending which type of career path they end up pursuing after elementary school. Luckily,
they came to the conclusion in the end that I didn’t have to take band after moving to South
Surrey because I came to that elementary school too late in the year.
Pretty amazing that Dianne knows how to drive a stick shift and you don’t. You said that the
only way you’d agree to learn would be if you could afford to buy a Porsche one day. Did you
know that the Porsche is quite similar to and uses many of the same components as the
Volkswagen? I want to make it through my life without riding in a Volkswagen or any vehicle that
has a convertible top. I will never have the correct vision to be able to drive, but if I could
have my own dream car one day that someone could drive for me I’d like a Honda Prelude or any
two-door car with a manual transmission and doesn’t have a sunroof or a convertible top. My mom
knows how to drive a manual transmission, but not as good as my dad. My mom didn’t really have a
choice but to abruptly learn the best she could because the car my parents had when they first
got married was a manual transmission, but she hasn’t driven a manual transmission for a long
time now and she was never very good at it so therefore she prefers automatic. Carol doesn’t
know how to drive a manual transmission and she said that she never wants to learn.
I still have yet to look at “The dog, the cat and the rat” video.
