Another
option…
North Surrey Lions Club will be doing a barbecue (hamburgers, hot dogs, hot buttered popcorn,
French fries) - all proceeds go to local charities, There will be community displays, local
entertainers, crafts, and games. This events is at Holland Park (100 Avenue & King George
Highway) by the Central City Mall. Here is a link to the event (you will have to scroll down a

This may not be that long so we may want to also go for a walk or on Skytrain…we could also
connect it with bowling….
Another option…
We could go bowling at Scottsdale Lanes

and could go out for dinner (there is a Dairy Queen close by)!

We could go to Granville Island

and walk around the area plus have some dinner at the island! This could be a LOT of fun! I
think this may be our best option listed here…
