That looks like a good route you have picked out for us tomorrow. Would it be okay if my mom
and dad drop me off at your place at One and then you can bring me back home before snack time?
And I will probably use your washroom before and after the walk.
I only got four and a half hours of sleep last night and I kept having messy toots, but I
went out and did the fish run with my dad anyway. I started hearing cars coming and going from
the house across the street this morning at around 8:30, they were having a garage sale. This
was the first time since before Christmas that I’ve gotten out with my dad and we went in the
car just me and him. I had $190 in my wallet this morning when I checked inside of it before we
left to see how much money I have, I didn’t know until then that I had this much cash. It was
mostly 5 dollar bills and twenties, I only had a couple tens. This shows that I’ve been winning
lots on my scratch-and-wins because they give you five dollar bills when you cash them in. We
now have fish living once again in both my five and six gallon tanks. And at one store today, I
got a bonus...I bought six platys there and they gave me two of their babies that were in the
tank with them. They only charged for the adults.
My grandpa phoned my dad last night and said that my cousin, Jeff, sold his trailer in
Deroche (near Mission) and put an offer on a house in Chilliwack. That will be exciting
for them because they have the baby coming and everything else. Also, my grandpa’s coming in
tomorrow morning to bottle some wine. I hope that I won’t have a lousy sleep tonight and wake up
too early, otherwise I’ll be awake and laying in bed restless all morning while he’s here. I
don’t like to come downstairs until after he leaves and he usually leaves just before the time I
normally have lunch.
My dad got an E-mail yesterday from my cousin, Janice. It said that she hopes both of my
parents (both my mom and my dad) can make it to her wedding this summer. She also said that
she’s glad to hear I have two workers coming now because that gives them more time to get out
and visit with the relatives which she said in the E-mail is something that they (my mom and
dad) deserve. And she said quote “say hi to Neil for me.”
We got Janice’s wedding invitation in the mail last Wednesday (on the 22nd), can you
come on Saturday August 8th? My dental reminder also came in the mail that same day, I have an
appointment on Thursday May 14th so could you instead come here on the Friday of that week?
Kris seemed to be back to his usual self when my mom and dad saw him last Thursday. He said
that he’ll have to go in for an operation in about a year to have the rod removed that’s holding
the bones together inside his leg. His grandpa’s doing better and he’s suppose to go in for his
last chemo treatment sometime this coming week. And my mom told me that Kris’s hair was really
long when they saw him on Thursday (the 23rd of this month) and that it looked like he
hadn’t combed it.
And you just missed Chloe on Thursday. As soon as you closed the front door when you were
leaving, I turned around and there she was right behind me. I think that she was probably right
there the whole time while we were standing in the hall saying goodbye and you didn’t see
her.
