John,

I didn’t get up until 20 after 1 yesterday and today I got up at a quarter to 2. For my dessert after lunch yesterday, I had the two FudgeeO cookies that my dad brought home last week and one of the mint Girl Guide cookies.

My mom was in the Peninsula Village Safeway yesterday and she saw a chart on the wall that lists what kind of cakes they custom make; white, chocolate, carrot. She thinks that they could do a round double-layer one in any of those flavours, and she also said that we get to choose what kind of icing. After Safeway, she drove to the South Point Save-On and when she was there she picked up some pumpkin muffins. I had one of those last night for my evening snack. And just before my mom left yesterday afternoon to go out, she was in the garage getting into her car while my dad was doing something in the garage. He was finished what he was doing before my mom opened the garage door, he turned the light off in the garage and closed the door when he went back inside the house leaving my mom in the dark.

Our power flickered last Saturday when my mom was in the middle of cooking supper. I hope that the day of my birthday dinner isn’t going to be another bad weather day like last Saturday, remember I was worried about the power going out on the day last year when we had you, Mac, and Kris over for supper at my place.

We will have our turkey dinner tonight. I remember you asked me if I like turkey, cranberries, stuffing, etc. I like turkey breast which would be the white meat but I don’t like the brown meat. And I like cranberries to dip my turkey in but I don’t like the stuffing, if you remember reading in previous E-mails that I like my cranberries in a separate little dish when I have turkey.

I remember that you were wondering what else is in RESERS RAINBOW GELATIN salad besides jello. It’s jello and fruit.

I remember you had fruitopia to drink with your pies last Thursday when we were at McDonald's. And I remember that I use to drink that stuff. Now here is what I had previously said about the sinks in the washrooms at Wal-Mart, and thanks to you I should hopefully know how they work now:

Sunday Apr.27,2008:
> ...I also hope that Wal-Mart soon to open in South Surrey is gunna be more like the one in Langley and not
> like the one on 88th Avenue, I think the one in Langley has a better flooring layout if you know what I mean.
> And the sinks in the washrooms at the Wal-Mart on 88th are a funny shape and neither my mom or myself
> could figure out how those sinks work.

I remember you thought that hill coming up Oxford from the beach was pretty steep, well I’ll tell you that Oxford is not the steepest street in White Rock. Have you ever gone up High Street, that’s the steepest street in White Rock.

My mom said that I never played ping pong ball or tennis before, she also thought that games like these would be too hard for my vision. And she’s sure that I probably kicked a soccer ball in P.E. class when I was going to school.

One of my two new black sail fin (male) mollies that my dad got me died yesterday. Now I just have one male, one female, and the little runty one left in that tank. And after I told you that I thought there were no fish left in my one ten gallon tank after my angelfish died, we looked around in there and saw that I still have one catfish left in that tank. And also, my dad took the male beta out of the cage on the other ten gallon and moved him over to the ten gallon where the angelfish was that died. Now the one catfish won’t be lonely anymore.

Chloe was in the pet bed with Jack last Thursday evening, that’s my mom’s ceramic Jack Russell Terrier. We haven’t seen her there for a long time. We have pictures of Chloe in that bed with the ceramic dog, I could include them on the CD that I’m making for you. And the only other cat stories I have to tell right now; Izzy killed a bird yesterday, she killed another one on the day before, and she killed another one today.

You remember that my dad watches “Are You Smarter Than a Fifth-Grader!” Well when he was watching it two days ago on Friday evening, Ken Jennings was the contestant. Do you remember that he was the guy who holds the record for the longest winning streak on Jeopardy? Anyway, he didn’t take the million dollar question so therefore Ken Jennings is not smarter than a fifth-grader.

See you tomorrow at 1PM and Happy Thanksgiving.

-Neil
