John,

I went out with my dad this morning and traded in eight of my ten female betas at Fish World, we kept the other two for myself. And Fish World’s tanks didn’t look as clean today as they use to be. We then had lunch at the A&W on 72nd Avenue and we got some donuts from Krispy Kremes. Today they were giving out free sample donuts at Krispy Kremes for the first time in a long time, I thought they stopped doing that a long time ago because they weren’t handing out sample donuts the last bunch of times when we were there. The sample donuts are just original glazed, my dad didn’t take a sample one and I had mine in the car after we left Krispy Kremes. The two donuts I picked out for myself that we paid for are a white iced (or Vanilla Dip) colour sprinkle and a new one I decided to try which I think is just an original glaze but with strawberry icing. This is the first time in a long time I saw a white iced colour sprinkle at Krispy Kremes, remember I wrote to you a few months ago that the only colour sprinkle donut they had at Krispy Kremes the last bunch of times we were there was the chocolate iced colour sprinkle. I had the sprinkle donut today for my afternoon snack at 2PM and I will have the other donut tomorrow for my dessert after supper. Either my mom or dad will pick me up Safeway Chinese for supper today and I will have what’s leftover tomorrow for supper before I have my donut for dessert.

After we left Krispy Kremes, we drove up to “Roger’s Aquatic and Pet Supplies” on Scott Road near 82nd Avenue where I found two kuhli loaches. And then on our way home we stopped at “Pacific Aquatics” on 135th Street behind Costco where I found four big black mollies; two all black sail fin males, one all black female, and one almost black female with just a tiny bit of white.

I forgot to tell you in the E-mail I sent you last Wednesday about the blue hydrogen and test Natural Gas powered bus we saw when I went out with my dad on that same day. And I gave you the wrong information when I sent you the link to download a map I did when I was writing about my dad’s trip. After he picked up Kiernan in Kamloops, they cut across to Cache Creek and then from there they followed the green line on the map in the attached ZIP file. They stopped in Clinton to have lunch on their way to the cabin. After they left the cabin two days later, they then went through Bridge Lake, Barriere back to Kamloops.

Here are all of the YouTube videos that we watched two days ago in the same order that we watched them in

Ernie needs help from the Miami Mice
Kermit and the Miami Mice
• Kermit Sketches - Sesame Street News Flash: Cookie Red Riding Hood
• Cookie Monster Sketches - Miscellaneous: Cookie Monster's picnic
• Cookie Monster Songs: Me Lost Me Cookie at the Disco
• The Muppet Show: disco frog
• The Muppet Show: Over the Rainbow [Kermit’s nephew, Robin the Frog, sings “Over the Rainbow.”]
• The Muppet Show - Debbie Harry & Kermit the Frog: The Rainbow Connection
• Kermit's Sesame Street Songs: its not easy being green
Kermit and Miss Piggy Get Married

I guess that the two Miami Mice videos on the above list are the only two that are currently on YouTube, there’s also suppose to be a segment of the Miami Mice with The Count. And you can read my comments about the above videos at the bottom of this E-mail as well as comments about a few other Muppet videos that you and I watched previously but haven’t written my comments about yet.

I created my Facebook account yesterday afternoon, you can view my profile at the following link but there’s nothing there right now:
http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=1456899371&hiq=mcrae%2Cneil
I can only make other information in my profile such as Website, High School, etc viewable to either "Friends of Friends" or "Only Friends." Do you know how I can make this information viewable to anybody?

And I found this website with “Facebook Icons,” but there are 1550 images and so far I’ve only looked through the first 50 pages. Aw John, could you look through the rest of the pages for me and see if you could find me a Kermit icon for my profile? Or maybe we could look through all those pages of icons for something to do when you’re here on Monday. And notice the fourth icon down from the top on the fifth page, Puss in Boots from “Shrek 2.” I have a poster exactly the same as that icon upstairs on my bedroom wall.

Points about news stories:

• My dad saw on the Morning News today the story about two 20 year old boys who got hit by a speeding car last night when they were crossing the street in front of Carol’s school, Earl Marriott Secondary.

• They have this lady on Global’s noon news every Friday who owns a toy shop in Port Moody, my mom told me that she said when she was on yesterday’s Noon News that SMART MOUTH’s suppose to be a good game.

• My mom and dad called me into the room yesterday when they saw the story about the cat who went missing from South Carolina and then was somehow found somewhere North of Montreal.

I had a little box of Frosted Flakes yesterday morning for my breakfast that my dad took on his trip but didn’t get around to eating. This was the first time I had cereal in a long time. And I didn’t have milk poured on mine, I just ate the cereal out of the box and drank my chocolate milk from a separate glass. And my mom made up some dill flavour chip dip this afternoon using Uncle Dan's CALIFORNIA DILL mix, I will have the bag of Lay’s chips that my dad got at SUBWAY with the dill dip tomorrow night for my evening snack and to drink with it I plan to have the rest of the Root beer that my dad brought back.

I remember you asked me when I last saw you two days ago if I like going away on trips like the one that my dad just took. I told you before that I lost my confidence in doing hotel trips after having two vacations in a row on which I didn’t feel well, and both of those trips were to the exact same spot in Washington state.

Most of the places my mom went to two days ago when you were with me were sold out of the 50 SPC Coppertone spray lotion, so she got some 50 SPC “BANANA BOAT” for me to try.

Mac’s mom, Shelley, told my mom when she saw her in Safeway two days ago that Shelley’s sister, Louise, said that the Peninsula Village Safeway is suppose to move over to where all the new stores are on 24th but my mom never read anything about that. And if they do move, I hope that they will still have Chinese food. And I hope to go over to that area with my mom on Wednesday afternoon and check out the new Wal-Mart and Mark's Work Wearhouse, I plan to get a McDonald's McFlurry for my snack that afternoon.

See you on Monday at 1PM.

-Neil

PS2. My comments about the videos:

• Ernie needs help from the Miami Mice:
Ernie: “Oh, my poor rubber duckie...do you think there’s been fowl play?”
...
Tito: “Another score for Miami Mice, case is closed.”
J.P.: “You mean case is...cerrado.”

Ernie without his rubber duckie is like Linus without his blanket.

Cookie Red Riding Hood:
Cookie Monster: You sure you not wolf in frog’s clothing?

Also notice that the wolf is the doctor in this segment, Cookie Red Riding Hood.

• Me Lost Me Cookie at the Disco:
Notice an Elmo cameo dancing throughout different parts of this video.

• The Muppet Show: disco frog
Who’s your favorite muppet in this cast, John? You already know that mine is Kermit.

And starting at around 0:58, notice Kermit jumping.

• The Muppet Show: Over the Rainbow
This segment is from the Alice Cooper episode.

• Debbie Harry & Kermit the Frog: The Rainbow Connection
Notice the rainbow appear at the end of this video!

•:Kermit and Miss Piggy Get Married:
I remember you asked me if I saw this before, I have but not for a long time. And this is an excerpt from the movie “The Muppets Take Manhattan” which is another on my list of DVDs to copy. Also on that same list; "The Muppet Movie" “The Great Muppet Caper,” and "The Muppets' Wizard of Oz."

• Elton John and the Muppets: Crocodile Rock
This video has been removed due to terms of use violation. I liked the part where the crocodiles picked up Elton and threw him in the water. And wouldn’t it have been interesting if they did use real crocodiles in this segment instead of muppet ones?

• The Muppet Show - Elton John: Goodbye Yellow Brick Road
Notice Scooter waving his arms wildly and shouting "Yaaaay" at the beginning when he introduces the segment just like Kermit always did when he introduced acts on The Muppet Show.

• The Muppet Show - Bob Hope: lousy cowboy sketch
I sent you this image once before, but why not post it again seeing how I find this segment amusing to imitate:

Oh, give me spam, lots of spam.

• Victor Borge: Fozzie Bear and Victor fall asleep to the "Moonlight Sonata."
I remember we found this video on one of the days when you and I were searching for videos of comedians, did you know that Fozzie Bear is also a comedian?

yes but I want them back in the classic format. In the muppet theater and not the muppets tonight crap. That was OK but the classic episodes ruled so hard. My old folks tell my I used to climb out of my play pen as a little kid if I only heard the opening music of the show...

I disagree with the above comment, I myself liked Muppets Tonight better than The Muppet Show and am disappointed that they only made 22 episodes. The only thing about “Muppets Tonight” was that Kermit didn’t host it, and my dad agreed with me that they should’ve had Kermit hosting the show instead of that other guy, Clifford, because Kermit’s one of the main muppets.

• Celebrity: Victor Borge on Sesame Street
“It’s very important always to fasten your seatbelt wherever you play.”

• The Muppet Show - Victor Borge: Meet The Muppets
Victor: “Is this a orchestra?”
Bobby Benson: “Yep that’s my band.”
