As a result of the recent changes brought to our online payment
processing and transaction system (see this post
on the iWeb blog), your
next invoice payment will be slightly different than previously. Indeed,
one of the changes to our payment processing involves the integration of
an additional level of security, the use of CVV security codes for all
future credit card transactions.
To update your payment details and to authorize automatic monthly
payments from your credit card, simply follow these simple steps:
1 - Log into your account through the iWeb client hub at the following
address: https://hub.iweb.com/
2 - click on "Finance", then "Billing preferences," then on "Add or
replace credit card for automatic withdrawal"
3 - Register your payment information, including the newly required CVV
Security Code.
4 - Once this is completed, automatic payment mode will be reactivated
and your balance will be paid automatically on your next renewal date.
Pre-authorized payment with a credit card is simply the most reliable
and most efficient way to handle your monthly invoice. We strongly
encourage you to complete this update as soon as possible.
